Berita Minggu, 28 Feb 2016 - Article featured Muhammad Isa Saman, who is a beneficiary of the Yellow Ribbon STAR bursary. Isa decided to turn over a new leaf while he was in jail for loanshark-related activities and took the ‘O’ levels as a private candidate. He subsequently enrolled in SP’s Diploma in Nautical Studies and is currently trying to fulfil his dreams of becoming the captain of a ship.
