The New Paper, 5 Feb 2016 - Article featured SP’s Diploma in Infocomm Security Management student, Shawn Pang, a recipient of the iPoly Scholarship from IDA, awarded to outstanding ‘O’ level students who chose to pursue an infocomm-related course in the Polytechnics. Article noted that Shawn did well enough to qualify for Junior College, but decided to pursue the polytechnic route, especially after clinching the iPoly Scholarship. An adjacent article also featured NP’s Diploma in Information Technology student, Daniel Lee, another recipient of the iPoly Scholarship.
