The Business Times, 24 Jun 2016 - Article featured SP’s Diploma in Music and Audio Technology graduate Beth Yap as one of 96 young people selected for the SHINE x *SCAPE Talent Development Programme, which pairs aspiring performers with mentors in the business to create works specially for the festival. Beth, who is also an Institutional Medallist, shared that she did not regret choosing the poly route despite qualifying to enter junior college. Beth mentioned how SP nurtured her musical talents by giving her opportunities to join bands and to experiment with songwriting. After initial misgivings, Beth’s parents supported her decision after noticing her passion and growth.
