Not losing hope despite being laid off

Berita Harian, 21 Aug 2017 - Article featured Kamarudin Osman who was laid off from a MNC at the age of 55. Undeterred, Kamarudin signed up for the Cyber Security Associates and Technologists (CSAT) Programme, which is a joint initiative by CSA and the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA). Thereafter, Kamarudin was able to find a job as an IT consultant. A life-long learner, Kamarudin first pursued a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at SP, before embarking on a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management on a part-time basis through the University of London's remote learning programme.
