PSC Scholarship applications at five-year high

StraitsTimes.com, 20 Jul 2016 - More than 2,700 applicants applied for the Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship for the 2016 cycle. This figure is a five-year high and a 13 per cent increase compared to last year. Among the 73 scholarship recipients this year is SP’s Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate William Tan, who will be pursuing a joint degree in Engineering and Business Management at the Singapore University of Technology and Design and the Singapore Management University. William shared how his late grandfather was the driving force for him to do well in poly.
