Poems for Quiet Mornings

Youth.sg, 3 Feb 2016 - Article featured NTU graduates Cherilyn Lim and Humairah Jamil and their first ever poetry book “Quiet Mornings”. The 45 poems in the book, centred on the theme of leaving, are influenced by their personal experiences and memories. They shared about their experience in publishing the book and how their passion for writing stemmed from reading a plethora of books and novels in their childhood. Article mentioned that they first met each other at media studies course in NYP. Article also mentioned that Cherilyn currently works at SP as a communication executive while Humairah is now an English teacher.
