Poly open houses pull out all the stops

The Straits Times IN, 16 Jan 2017 - Article reviewed the open houses held from 5 Jan 2017 to 7 Jan 2017 across the five polys. It also zoomed in on each poly’s new offerings. It highlighted SP’s opening of its Newtrition Lab in partnership with BASF, meant to foster closer collaboration between BASF and the Diploma in Food Science and Technology (DFST) and Diploma in Nutrition, Health and Wellness (DNHW) students. It also highlighted the food printers that will soon be incorporated into the curriculum of DFST students. Article also mentioned the launch of Blackbox, a facility for the Diploma in Applied Drama and Psychology (DADP) students. New offerings from other polys include NP’s launch of its Diploma in Tamil Studies with Early Education, RP’s two new facilities (RO-Unity Teaching Retail Pharmacy and the RP UAV Training Centre), and NYP’s new diploma in Sustainable Architectural Design.
