Reaching new heights through fitness

The New Paper, 29 May 2017 - Article featured three contestants of this year’s DreamGirl Singapore, a beauty pageant for petite women. Melissa Koh, who recently graduated from SP, took up taekwondo as a co-curricular activity in secondary school and poly. She won a gold medal in 2013 at the Singapore Youth Olympic Festival and is a national youth taekwondo representative. This is her first time joining a pageant and she was drawn to DreamGirl Singapore’s theme – Protect & Empower. Another featured contestant was NYP’s Diploma in Game Development and Technology final-year student Jenny Liang who plans to sign on with the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a Weapon Systems Officer (WSO) after she graduates.
