SAVE President receives EcoFriend accolade

NUS News, Nov-Dec 2015 - Article featured SP’s Diploma in Environmental Management and Water Technology alumna and NUS third-year Environmental Studies undergraduate Elaine Sam Hui Xian. She was awarded the National Environment Agency’s EcoFriend Award for the Youth and Students category for her involvement in many environmental programmes, including driving recycling campaigns and outreach activities since her polytechnic days. Article also mentioned that she is the President of NUS Students Against Violation of the Earth and was one of the Co-Chairmen of the NEA-initiated Youth for the Environment Day.
