Singapore Leong Khay Huay Kuan to include needy polytechnic students among its bursary recipients

Lianhe Zaobao, 16 Jan 2017 - Singapore Leong Khay Huay Kuan will be signing a memorandum of understanding with all five polytechnics in June this year, to provide bursaries for needy students. Every year, six applicants from each polytechnic, including four of Hokkien ethnicity, one non-Hokkien Chinese and one non-Chinese student, will receive $1,500 each. The bursaries can be used to pay for their polytechnic or university school fees.
