Berita Harian, 11 May 2017 Article featured adult learner, Mr Muhd ??Zul Khairi Khalil, age 28, who was among the first cohort of graduates of the Tugmasters (Port Limit) Programme at the recent Certificate of Competency graduation ceremony on 27 April. By upgrading his skills, Zul can embark on a new career as a Tug master and ensure a better future for his family. This 15-month training program is launched by Maritime and Port Authority (MPA), the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) to attract Singaporeans to work as tug masters.
