Student's bone marrow saves leukaemia patient

The Straits Times, 16 Sept 2017 - Article featured SP student Noor Syafizah Mahadi, who donated her bone marrow to an unrelated leukaemia patient living overseas, making her among the youngest donors from the Bone Marrow Donor Programme (BMDP), the only local bone marrow donor registry here. Syafizah is joining BMDP’s call for more people of minority races to become donors. Similar story was reported in The New Paper.
