Teo Chee Hean: government officers should have “3H” traits

Lianhe Zaobao, 21 Jul 2016 - More than 2,700 applicants applied for the Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship for the 2016 cycle. This figure is a five-year high and a 13 per cent increase compared to last year. SP’s Diploma in Infocomm Security Management graduate and Institutional Medallist from class of 2016 Daniel Ho is one of the 73 scholarship recipients this year. He shared about his interest in cybersecurity as well as his reasons for joining the public service and for choosing a local university to pursue his studies.
