The smart choice – Learning that links with students’ lives

The Straits Times, 28 Nov 2016 - Article featured the seven new applied subjects, ranging from electronics and computing to sports science, that will be offered as part of the O- and N-level tracks to give students a chance for more hands-on learning. These applied subjects,
which will be rolled out over the next two years, will be available in more than 60 secondary schools. Article mentioned that the electronics and computing subject was developed with faculty members from the National Institute of Education,
Singapore University of Technology and Design, SP and NP.
