The Business Times, 6 Jun 2017 - Article featured the 99%SME movement, which gives small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) an avenue to establish an online presence and venture into e-commerce. The 99%SME movement campaign aims to get 5,000 SMEs this year – double last year’s target – to sign up on the 99%SME website where they can market themselves online at no cost. The campaign also tied up with SP, NYP, NP and TP to guide SMEs in areas such as e-commerce, retail analytics and digital marketing. Article also mentioned that Thye Shan Medical Hall, an SME with a 62-year history, got connected to NYP’s Customer Experience and Analytics Management centre, which resulted in a collaboration started in April this year. NYP students have since conducted a competitive digital footprint analysis and are currently developing content for use on targeted digital platforms.
