Visa partners polytechnics, S’pore FinTech Association to cultivate future talent

Today Online, 25 Apr 2017 - Global payment services giant Visa partnered with the Singapore FinTech Association and five polytechnics to teach and mentor students from the learning institutions. This initiative was introduced after the polytechnics – SP, NP, NYP. RP and TP - signed a memorandum of understanding with Singapore Fintech Association in February. Students will have the opportunity to visit the Visa Innovation Lab, where they can learn about the future of payments and challenges in the payments landscape. NP’s Principal Mr Clarence Ti opined on the joint initiative that aims to build a steady pipeline of talent in the fintech space to cope with rising demand.
