Young take on xinyao

The Straits Times, 6 Jul 2016 - SP students Lim Wei Xiang and Joyce Seah emerged as champions of the National Schools Xinyao Singing And Song Writing Competition 2016’s singing group category. The article mentioned that they plan to actively spread awareness about xinyao and intend to upload covers of xinyao songs onto Youtube. The competition, which aims to promote xinyao while discovering new talent, was held last Saturday at the Singapore Polytechnic Convention Centre.
