A surge in Technology graduates in the last three years

Article highlighted the increase in technology graduates in the last three years. SP lecturer, Dora Chua opined that there is a shortage of technology talents in Singapore as most of these talents are still training in school and have yet to enter the workforce. Most of these talents would also be recruited by multinational companies such as banks or fintech companies that offer higher salary packages. She also noted that small and medium enterprises face difficulties in recruiting technology talents. NP Information Security and Forensics graduate, De Weishi shared that he would be pursuing technology related programmes in a local university after he completes his national service.
