Alpina Holdings IPO aims to raise S$8.1m to grow its integrated facilities management offerings

The CEO of Singapore-based contractor Alpina Holdings, which is looking to raise S$8.1 million in an initial public offering (IPO), said the company is working with ITE and SP by hiring their graduates to fill higher-skilled jobs in technology in order to lower the company's reliance on foreign manpower.
