Article featured Nerita Yolanda, a business owner who sold ‘kuih jongkong’ that only lasts for four days, before it goes bad. With the help of SP’s Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC), Nerita’s traditional desserts now lasts for seven days, without changes to its colour, taste, smell and safety. She will be sharing her experience working with FIRC at the New Economy Seminar at FIRC on 11 November.
