Article featured enterprising individuals of the baby boomer generation including Dr Chen Deah-Chien, the CEO of Harvest Prime Corporation. She is the creator of Joyful Heart Avocado Green Tea ice cream, which Dr Chen shared is the only avocado ice cream in the world. Dr Chen, who worked with SP’s Food Innovation and Resource Centre for nearly four years to perfect the recipe, shared about her food manufacturing and entrepreneurial journey.
