Bars, dividers make spaces less welcome to homeless: Observers

According to architects and experts, public spaces in Singapore have been designed to be unwelcome to the homeless. To tackle this challenge, locally based firm WY-TO partnered SP to exhibit a prototype lightweight and transportable shelter for the homeless at the recent Singapore Architectural Festival (Archifest).
