Commuters here more satisfied with buses than trains: Survey

Article highlighted the land and air transport Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore, which showed an increase in satisfaction for budget airlines. Article also noted that the difference in customer satisfaction between full-service airlines and budget airlines continues to narrow. Mr Lucas Tok, SP’s business lecturer, opined that while prices for full-service airlines have gone down, budget airlines have stepped up their customer service in response.
