Designed in Singapore: Tools to help those who have disabilities

04 Oct 2022

The fourth annual Tech 4 Good competition, which was held last Saturday and organised by non-profit organisation Engineer Good, showcased several winning inventions from 30 entries from student inventors aged between 15 and 25 years old. Among the winning entries was a 3D-printed braille-inspired syringe holder designed by SP students Gerald Tan, Faith De Vera and Cody Tan. The product, which won the Most Impactful Award, guides the user to draw precise amounts of fluids through touch as they feel for the thick lines that work like Braille.
