Good return and exchange policy can boost business at stores

Article highlighted the latest Customer Satisfaction Index, which shows that customers who shop at both a store’s physical and online businesses are likely to be more loyal. Mr Lucas Tok, marketing and retail lecturer at SP, opined that stores with both online and physical platforms are likely to have long-term consumers as they are able to engage them continuously.
