Graphics student created artwork to highlight Covid-19

Article featured SP’s diploma in visual communication and media design student, Sujay Amaresh S/O Jayakumar, whose final-year group project was to create a digital campaign to raise funds for Playeum, a non-profit organisation which provides a safe space for children to explore their creativity through art and sensory play. Working on the entire project remotely, due to the circuit breaker, the group trudged on to produce a series of graphics and videos, to shed light on the plight of children from marginalised backgrounds who may not have the opportunity or resources to express themselves creatively and pick up valuable skills through the process. This situation is worsened as many suffered from neglect and negativity during this pandemic, where families are strained.
