Hanging onto dream of becoming a marine engineer

Article featured SP’s Diploma in Marine Engineering graduate, Alsyifa Huthami Mohamad Saihu, who is currently pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Maritime Superintendency back at SP. Alsyifa shared that graduating in the midst of pandemic was challenging for her to land a job. Instead, by taking up CET courses, she is able to expand her knowledge and skills beyond engineering, and adapt to other job roles in the maritime industry. Alsyifa is now working at Sembcorp Marine in finance administration and still hopes to achieve her dream of becoming a marine engineer.
