HDB to conduct study on value of heartland shops

Lim Xiu Ru, SP’s School of Business lecturer opined on HDB’s plans to help heartland shops stay viable in today’s economy. She mentioned that lower rents could attract young business owners to set up shop next to traditional mom-and-pop shops.
