ITE student volunteers and contributes to community; motivated to appreciate frontline workers

Article featured SP’s Diploma in Nautical Studies freshman, Izzat Ashraf Abdul Kamal, who produced a video in February to give thanks to frontline workers battling COVID-19. With ITE friends from his student chapter, Izzat filmed and edited the video within three days. In addition, Izzat took part in an initiative to pack and distribute fresh fruits to frontline workers such as cleaners and bus captains in Yio Chu Kang and Ang Mo Kio. Together with other volunteers, Izzat also teaches arts and crafts to primary school students through video conferencing.
