Advertorial featured participants of the SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme (ELP) including Chee Pei Yi, a graduate from SP’s Diploma in Food Science and Technology course. She is currently in the Advanced Diploma in Applied Food Science ELP scheme with Ingredion Singapore. Pei Yi shared about her motivation to join the ELP and the opportunities given to her as a food technologist in Ingredion’s bakery department. She will graduate from the ELP with three certificates — the Certificate in Food Product Innovation, the Certificate in Food Processing, and the Certificate in Food Safety and Quality Management. These give her a higher chance of securing a position as a researcher in the food R&D sector in the near future. The other featured ELP participants include NYP’s Specialist Diploma in Digital Media Production student Benedict See Wei Quan, RP’s Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management student Feroz Khan Ahmad Khan, and Work-Learn Technical Diploma (WLTD) in Marine Offshore Engineering student Frederick Yip Yi Yang.
