A recent paper co-authored by NUS Business School co-authored by NUS Business School marketing professor Jochen Wirtz showed that luxury businesses were slow in introducing technology into their stores and customer experience. SP’s senior business lecturer Amos Tan agreed with the findings and shared that most of the real-life case studies in his classes came from mass market brands.
