Homegrown plastics manufacturer Omni-Plus System (OPS) made history by being the first Singapore company to be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) in June last year. The firm designs and sells raw polymer materials to manufacturers for use in their end products, including appliances, office automation equipment, cars, and mobile phones. In 2020, they engaged SP to carry out an analysis of training needs for its junior staff. SP helped to assess the competency of each staff’s skillsets and recommended training that would address the areas that they are lacking in.[Business Times]
