New OCBC initiative prepares poly grads for full-time banking and finance roles

Heng Li Ying is a second-year Diploma in Banking and Finance student at SP. She is highly interested in this training programme and mentioned in an interview, "I have always wanted to intern at a bank because it is related to what I am studying. I hope to broaden my horizons and gain practical knowledge through this internship, applying the theoretical concepts learned in class to real-world situations."
