The National Kidney Foundation is investing $5.5 million in research and innovation as part of its Future Forward 2030 strategy. It aims to advance early detection and intervention, develop new renal replacement therapies and enhance psychosocial support for patients and caregivers. The fund will also receive a dollar-to-dollar matching grant from the government – bringing the total to more than $10 million. It is also scaling up preventative care and expanding its research collaborations with institutions including Singapore General Hospital, SP, NUS, and general practitioner clinics across Singapore.
