Not giving up as a neighbourhood secondary school graduate; Chen Zhen Zhen contests big shots

Article featured 38-year-old Workers’ Party (WP) candidate, Chen Zhen Zhen. During her walkabout last week, she shared about her childhood dreams of being an actress and air stewardess. She also shared that she was a neighbourhood secondary school graduate who later went on to complete a professional diploma in SP and a Bachelor’s in Applied Science (Building Management) at a night school. Her interest in politics started from the time she visited a WP rally with her mother. In 2015, she heard that WP was hiring volunteers and decided to apply for the job. From there, she was accepted and worked her way up from being a campaign agent to being an election candidate now.
