Pivoting his healthcare career at 53: How he's making inspiring shift into fitness and nutrition

SP alumnus from the Specialist Diploma in Nutirition and Exercise Science, Mr Maitri Lau pursued the course as a means to expand his knowledge and help his patients in different ways. The medical staff in cancer care of two decades, Mr Lau's worsening carpal tunnel syndrome made it hard for him to perform precise tasks required in his job. However, his desire to help patients remained strong and led him to pursue studies in a different way where he could still continue to help others.
