Polytechnic students work with food companies to develop plant-based meat products

Article mentioned SP students taking part in the Meatless Meat Challenge where each team of 3 students had to work with food companies to develop plant-based food and market them. It was also an enriching experience for the students as they learned soft skills such as how to communicate with customers, which are experiences that cannot be learned in the classroom.
