Rekindling dad’s legacy

Article featured Lex Lee, SP’s Diploma in Business Administration alumnus who started a Hainanese chicken rice stall with his sister in order to revive his father’s legacy. The entrepreneurial spirit in him was kindled early, he sold toys for a school project while at SP. Lex picked up cooking only in May last year when he was stuck at home during the circuit breaker but decided to quit his office job at the Ministry of Defence's Central Manpower Base to start the stall, encouraged by friends who tasted his cooking.
