Their proposal featured AI-powered engagement, personalised networking, gamified exhibitor interactions, sustainability initiatives, and immersive sensory experiences, including Sentosa-based wellness activities. Team leader Ng Jun Han emphasised that their proposal reflects “the evolving landscape of the space industry and business events sector, emphasising sustainability, digitalisation, and immersive experiences.” Lecturer advisor Mrs Goh-Tan Chor Luan praised the team’s forward-thinking approach, stating, “Their proposal demonstrates a deep understanding of the business events landscape.” Their victory secures them an all-access scholarship to Convening Leaders 2025 in Houston, Texas, solidifying SP’s reputation in event management and innovation.
