Segment on Singapore Today yesterday evening (31 August) featured interview with SP’s Business Development Manager from FIRC, Tan Jia Hui, who shared about how SP's student teams which consisted of students from the Diploma in Food Science & Technology (DFST) and the Diploma in Experience & Communication Design (DXCD) fared in the inaugural Meatless Meat Challenge Grand Finals. She also shared about the nutritional value of alternative forms of protein, meeting the nation's nutritional needs locally by 2030, as well as the price point of non-meat alternatives.
