At the launch of Caring Commuter Week, on 9 November, Minister for Transport and Second Minister for Finance Chee Hong Tat presented the Caring Commuter Award to 10 passengers. This year, authorities also introduced the Caring Commuter Organisation Award to recognise three partners who have contributed to the Caring Commuter movement: Lianhua Primary School, RP, and the NUH. Additionally, the Caring Commuter Committee collaborated with third-year students from the Media, Arts & Design School at SP to develop four online games. These games use fun scenarios to guide primary school students through various public transport situations, teaching them how to identify and assist passengers in need. This teaches users how to identify and assist passengers in need across various public transportation scenarios. These online games were introduced at the launch ceremony for Caring Commuter Week, held at Bedok Town Square. The four games aim to serve as educational resources for parents and teachers, helping children develop compassion for others when using public transport. Each game covers a different theme, guiding players through various public transport scenarios to teach students how to identify and assist passengers who need help. Three games are suitable for upper primary students, while one is designed for lower primary students
