SP students get industry experience at new semiconductor testing centre

SP launched an engineering centre in collaboration with Advantest (Singapore), a semiconductor testing company, to equip students with industry experience. The partnership is Advantest's effort to expose students to the semiconductor industry and attract their interest in the field. Article mentioned Mr Siva Meyiappan Kasi Azagiameyiappan, an EEE student who is undergoing six months of internship at Advantest. Siva said the new facility will help students prepare for work and also shared that he thinks engineering students need practical equipment to learn.
