SP students help raise funds for local arts groups

02 Jul 2020

Article featured SP’s diploma in visual & communication design students, Agnes Koh and Chin Yanni, who worked with local non-profit organisations to design graphics and produce videos for their giving.sg campaigns as part of a class project. Agnes worked with Sing’Theatre to come up with a campaign to support their programme, 365 Days of Music, which seeks to perform for patients in hospitals. She shared that the programme is close to her heart as she has been a regular patient at the National University Hospital from 2016 to 2017 due to an intestinal disorder. On the other hand, Yanni worked with The A Cappella Society on their campaign, Power of Voices for youth singers, which aims to be a platform to connect youth singers and make singing programmes and events more accessible. She shared that she is also a singer and hopes aspiring singers like herself can have a platform to showcase their talents.
