SportCares sets up bursary to support 20 youths in completing education

It will support about 20 young people, who face financial challenges, to complete their studies. Bursary winner, 25-year-old Abdul Thaslim Hajanajubudeen, is a track and field coach who works full time as a technician in Shell Group and a part time SP Diploma in Mechanical Engineering student during the evening. He will graduate in September this year, and has plans to continue with university education. Thaslim shared that he will not be quitting his job, but will instead use the money to buy a computer that he can use in school, and supplement the family's expenditure.
