Variety in tenant mix key to success of revamped Clarke Quay, say experts

Experts said that a wider variety of tenants will play a crucial factor in transforming Clarke Quay from a nightlife hot spot to a lifestyle hub. SP School of Business assistant director Amos Tan opined that the tenant mix must be different from those found at the heartland malls to give consumers a reason to travel to Clarke Quay regularly. He added that daytime options, such as a playground for children, could be a way to attract young families to visit once or twice a month.
