Woman proves capability across the seas in an industry dominated by men

Article featured SP’s Diploma in Nautical Studies alumna, Norana Mokhtar, who is currently a Harbour Pilot at PSA Marine. The 38 year old, who is a mother of two, is amongst the few women in the industry. Norana previously completed an engineering diploma, but was not motivated to continue in the industry. She then decided to enrol in SP’s Singapore Maritime Academy to pursue her passion.
