Article highlighted 52 year-old food vendor, Xiao Wenbang who is a beneficiary of the Yellow Ribbon project. Wenbang was once convicted due to drug consumption. Under the assistance of Yellow Ribbon project, Wenbang redeemed himself and now sells wanton mee in one of SP’s food courts.(Lianhe Zaobao, p12)
