Young lady turns the scenery into a dessert

Article featured 27 year-old SP Engineering alumna, Qiu Lishan and her passion for baking. She fell in love with the world of baking after working part-time at a local café during her polytechnic days. She worked as a barista but the café often allowed her to bake cakes, triggering her interest in baking. After a year of work, she decided to take baking classes at the Baking Industry Training Centre. Now, she is working as an Executive Chef and is the head of desserts at Hilton Singapore.
