Each set of academic transcript costs SGD$10.80 (inclusive of 8% GST)

For students who require the Diploma Plus transcript as well as the diploma academic transcript, it will be considered as 2 sets of transcripts, please indicate on your application clearly

For students who require the academic transcript to be sent overseas are also required to pay an additional postage charge of SGD$6.48 (inclusive of 8% GST) for each overseas address

Applications will be processed only after payment has been made.

1. Credit Card - VISA, Mastercard
2. Internet Banking - only for Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB Account holders
3. PayNow

Alternatively, you may approach One Stop Centre at Blk T16, Level 2, T16213A to submit an application in person.

• You may either collect your requested transcripts personally at the One Stop Centre during office hours (only after you have been contacted by the Exams Office staff on the collection of your transcripts / results summary), or you may request for your transcripts to be posted to your home / overseas address
• You can also authorise someone to collect your academic transcripts on your behalf, by providing the person's particulars at the point of submitting your application
• Please allow 3 to 6 working days for the processing of your application. All applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis
• Processing time stated does not include mailing time
• Prepared transcripts not collected within 3 months will be discarded
