International Students
SP has a long tradition of welcoming international students. Yearly, international students are admitted to a wide range of courses in SP providing the campus enrolment with rich cultural diversity and a stimulating learning environment.
Many international students are quick to seize the many opportunities and facilities available at SP to enjoy a truely rich and memorable student experience, several whom have gone on to become student leaders, sportsmen and prize / medal winners.
Immigration - Student's Pass
All international students studying in Singapore will be required to apply for the Student's Pass issued by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
SP will notify international students via email when the application online through the Student's Pass Online Application and Registration (SOLAR) system on ICA's website is open.
Important SP's eGuide provided in the enrolment website contains a detailed application process that international students may refer to |
Successful applicants will be issued with an In-Principle-Approval (IPA) letter by ICA, which can be downloaded via SOLAR system.
For applicants who require a visa to enter Singapore, a visa is incorporated in the IPA letter. This means that you will not be required to separately apply for a visa and may enter Singapore using the IPA letter at the checkpoints.
